Due Diligence Specialist/ Third Party Risk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Due Diligence Specialist to join our direct client's Third Party Risk Management Office (TPMO). This key role reports to the Due Diligence and Issue Management Lead and plays a central part in managing the execution of third-party risk programs in alignment with regulatory expectations and our client's Third Party Risk Management policy and standards. As the first line of defense for third-party risk, you will work closely with business units and the outsourced due diligence team to ensure consistent program execution throughout the lifecycle of third-party engagements.
Major duties
- Responsible for tracking and assisting with programs throughout including various life cycle elements planning IQR's DQ's ongoing monitoring contracting and termination periodic inventory review open issues and open risk acceptance review and tracking of all internal projects
- Accountable for assisting in guiding business partners through the various stages of third party lifecycle to ensure quality program execution
- Responsible for consistent status meetings with Business Unit Leads and partners, handling escalations, coordinating special requests, and resolution of identified issues
- Identification and escalation of program concerns, missed SLA's and risk treatment delays
Experience
- Bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience with clear understanding of and experience in the Three Lines of Defense model
- A thorough understanding of third party (i.e., vendor, supplier, etc.) risk management
- Understanding of global risk regulatory requirements through with emphasis on US (OCC bulletins, FDIC, FBR, FDIC) or UK (PRA, FCA)
- A TPRM related certification such as CTPRP or CTPRA

Salary : $70 - $75
