West Bend Health and Rehabilitation is a 45 bed facility located in the town of West Bend, Iowa.

- Administers prescribed medications and treatments as defined by state regulations in accordance with company policy and procedure under the direction of a licensed nurse.
- Takes vital signs or observes resident to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
- Gives and or assists in direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, feeding residents, assisting in examinations and treatments as applicable.
- Provide exceptional care to our residents.
- Document accurately and completely. Requirements :
