Prairie Dunes Country Club is seeking a friendly and service- oriented individual as a Bag Room Attendant to provide exceptional service to members and guests. This role is responsible for handing golf bags, maintaining cleanliness in the bag drop area, and assisting with various golf operations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival.
- Load and unload golf bags from vehicles.
- Clean and maintain golf clubs and golf cards before and after use.
- Organize and store golf bags in the designated bag room.
- Assist with staging golf cards and ensuing they are properly stocked with scorecards, pencils, towels, and tees.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bag drop area, cart bar, and surrounding golf facilities.
- Provide information about the course, policies, and amenities as needed.
- Assist with tournament setup and breakdown as required.
- Maintain the range area, including filling appropriate containers, operating the tractor and ball picker, cleaning balls, and restaging as necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to member requests professionally.
