PREP COOK ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Food Organization: Ensure that all ingredients are organized, labeled, and ready for use during service.
- Stock Maintenance: Keep an inventory of kitchen supplies, notifying the head chef or supervisor when items need to be restocked.
- Equipment Care: Maintain and clean kitchen equipment, including knives, cutting boards, and utensils.
- Sanitation: Adhere to strict sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
LINE COOK ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Cooking: Execute dishes according to established recipes, including sautéing, grilling, frying, baking, and plating.
- Quality Control: Ensure that dishes meet presentation and taste standards before they are sent to guests.
