What you Need:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in engineering, land surveying, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor
- Software: Proficient in Power GEOPAK, Open Roads, and/or AutoDesk Civil3D
- Safety: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the United States to meet project requirements
- Service Oriented: Maintain focus on project delivery and client service with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- People Focused: Professional, respectful, and teamoriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate internally and externally
- Can Do Attitude: Positively engages with challenges, facilitates problemsolving, and takes initiative to deliver solutions
- Responsive: Communicates openly, proactively, and promptly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience: Specialized survey experience (Hydrographic, UAV Mapping, Mobile LIDAR, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), or other hightechnology areas)
- Licensure: Professional Land Surveyor licensure in additional States
- Software: Strong familiarity with ArcGIS
- Coordinate and mentor field crews and office staff
- Develop proposals and estimates for land surveying projects
- Perform and check calculations including level circuit reduction, least squared and compass rule computations, and volume and area calculations
- Conduct boundary research and prepare plats, plans, and legal boundary descriptions
- Perform field surveys including hydrographic, topographic, control, and boundary surveys
