What you Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' project management experience
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry best practices, techniques, and standards; relevant software proficiency
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the United States to meet project requirements
- People Focused: Professional, respectful, and teamoriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate internally and externally
- Can Do Attitude: Positively engages with challenges, facilitates problemsolving, and takes initiative to deliver solutions
- Responsive: Communicates openly, proactively, and promptly, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certification: Project Management Professional
- Licensure: Professional licensure in your field of work
- Lead the planning and execution of projects within or outside of your area of expertise
- Coordinate and manage engineers, scientists, surveyors, technicians, and office staff
- Develop scopes, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects
- Represent the team at important meetings, functions, and conferences.
- Mentor and support the development of junior staff
