Requirements:                   Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

One (1) to Three (3) Years Experience – Sales/Customer Service Preferred Strong Verbal, Written, Communication and Presentation Skills

Ability to Coordinate Multiple Tasks, While Being Attentive to Details Self-Motivated and Results Oriented

Flexibility in Time Management (Work May Require Nights/Weekends) Ability to Work in and with Team Environment

Valid Driver License and Safe Driving Record Background Check and Drug Screen Required

Overview

The Prairie Farms National Account Associate role was created in support of the need to enhance the business relationships between Prairie Farms and National Account customers. As National Accounts continue to change and drive how Prairie Farms does business on a daily basis, it is imperative that the proper resources are in place to handle these customers’ growing list of demands and requirements. The National Account Team manages a portfolio of industry leading customers totaling over 115 accounts with a combined total annual sales of nearly $3.0 billion.

The National Account Associate will be responsible for supporting the entire National Account Team in a variety of functions such as: creating and distributing sales reports, reviewing and understanding sales trends and opportunities, facilitating and executing order changes/supply chain disruptions, collaborating with Prairie Farms production facilities on needs and activities, identifying sales gaps and data limitations to improve data reliability and metrics, improving customer maintenance and refining internal data for improved system functionality. The primary focus of this National Account Associate will be on the Walmart and Sam’s Club business. Examples of systems that will be utilized in this role include: PF AS400, PF Syndigo, WM Retail Link, WM Decision Support, WM I360, WM ProSpec, IRi/Nielsen.

Additional Activities

• Support National Account Team with sales support functions such as: invoicing, purchase order creation/maintenance, accounts receivables support, supply chain planning and forecasting.
• Manage and support National Account Team with bids and requests for proposals/information.
• Work with Prairie Farms plants that supply National Account customers as well as support any new facilities that need to be on boarded (internal or external).
• Communicating and directing to National Account buying groups/replenishment teams.
• Provide technical support and customer service support, while communicating any necessary goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Distribution) on an as needed and project basis.
