Position Summary
The Field Supervisor performs activities related to the field supervision of the tanker team and a liaison for our customers’ field representatives. This position provides direct support on a broad array of activities specific to oilfield operations including safety compliance of all policies and procedures to ensure a culture of health and safety.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a solid understanding of Prairie Field Services operational policies and systems, information management processes and relationships with third-party vendors
- Assist in driver’s training
- Perform field audits for safety, compliance, and identification of hazards
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts in the field to promote strong partnerships
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the requirements of all governing agencies as applicable
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to work performed for Prairie Field Services
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence industry and legal rules and regulations
- Investigate routes, well and LACT sites regularly and update journey management plan
- Conduct driver observations to ensure compliance
- Respond to incidents and assist in the incident investigation process including collection of data and report preparation
- Report on health and safety awareness issue and statistics as needed
- Promote proactive internal and external communications
Requirements
- 2 years of oilfield experience, Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat driving experience preferred
- Maintenance Background: tires, minor repairs on trucks, and minor repairs on RV’s is required
- Dispatch experience preferred, but willing to train
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service rules
- Transportation management systems background strongly preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to manage varied tasks at the same time
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and high energy
- Team player and collaborates well with others
Compensation
We offer highly competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package that includes Company vehicle, PTO, medical, dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability insurance. Employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screen.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
