Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate person to join our team. We are looking for someone to fill a full time positions. The ideal candidate will not only have experience working with children, but also those with special needs. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students up to the age of 4. You will help to play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our future generation through effective teaching methods and hands on learning. The canidiates should not be afraid of getting down on the floor to interact with the children, not be afraid about getting dirty or doing "messy" activities with the children inside or outside. Creativity is a PLUS! Someone who can understand that this is still a job and can be without their phone while at work.

Position will have mostly set schedules with the possibilty of over time as needed. Pay is based of experience and trainings done

Requirments:

Available Monday-Friday

Be very reliable

Be able to pass a background check with Fingerprints

Either have a high school Diploma or GED

Some of the Duties:
- Implement appropriate teaching strategies to promote student learning and development
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment
- Foster a love for learning by creating engaging and interactive enviroment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall experience
- Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions as needed to stay up to date

Experience and Skills:

- Experience working with children in an childcare or educational setting: 1 year
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Experience working with special needs children

- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms/Kitchen

-Professional communication with staff, director, parents, and children

Education & Certificates

- High School Diploma or GED (Required)

- CPR (Preferred)

We are currently looking to fill the following position:

Full-Time

Salary: $11.00 to 12.00 an hour based on experience
