Prairie Grove Health and Rehab Skilled Nursing Facility is now hiring for a 1st shift Monday-Friday Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Charge Nurse opening. $1500 sign on bonus. There are also ongoing bonus oportunities usualy attainable. PGHR Skilled Nursing Facility is a charming 64 bed rural facility with a family like atmosphere.
