As a Sales Professional, you will play a vital role in discovering sales motivations, building relationships, and closing deals. Requirements:
- Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
- Compassionate attitude with an interest in working with seniors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Expertise in discovering sales motivations and needs.
- Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
- Professional image that inspires confidence and trust.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads, and sales activities.
