PRAIRIE KNIGHTS CASINO is seeking a skilled Buffet Supervisor to manage our Feast of the Rock buffet. As a Buffet Supervisor, you will be responsible for assuring the cleanliness and freshness of the entire buffet is always maintained. You will also provide information to F&B Supervisors regarding staff performance for consideration in employee Skill Assessments process.
You will maintain complete knowledge of all Feast of the Rock menus, including specials and the description of food items served on the buffet. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of guest service and be able to initiate contact with new people consistently. Proficiency in MICROS POS system is preferred, as well as familiarity with beverage service from the bar.
We offer a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $26.30 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
