Job Title: Table Service Attendant
Job Summary:
At Prairie Knights Casino, we are seeking a skilled Table Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Wiping up water spills, food stains, and dirt from tables.
• Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones.
• Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners.
• Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and any other depleted condiments on the dining table.
• Refilling drinking glasses with water.
• Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy.
• Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day.
• Maintaining Title 31 compliance accurately.
Requirements:
General: Must qualify for a Tribal Non Gaming license. Obtain and maintain current Food Handlers Certification.
Education: Education and/or training in hospitality experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: Previous work experience as a busser preferred.
Physical: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, moving, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination.
