Prairie Knights Casino is seeking an experienced and skilled Buffet Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the success of our buffet service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Trains all Cashiers thoroughly in the operation and maintenance of the MICROS cash register system and all restaurant equipment. Provides information to F&B Supervisors regarding staff performance for consideration in employee Skill Assessments process. Maintains RBS Certification and assists with other duties as dictated by the business. May be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training purposes. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Proficiency in MICROS POS system preferred. Familiarity with the beverage service from the bar is desired.
