Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server at PRAIRIE KNIGHTS CASINO. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all tables are set up and cleaned according to established standards.
- Assist with restocking supplies, refilling drinks, and performing other duties as needed to maintain a smooth service flow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent service and ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. You should also be physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and have a good sense of balance and vision.
Preferred QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Some experience in the restaurant industry is also a plus.
