Qualifications
SYNOPSIS OF DUTIES
1. The Maintenance Engineer is given a schedule of responsibilities within the unit based on technical skills which may be in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, electronic controls, carpentry, plumbing, boilers, or ground keeping.
2. Assists in the set up and tear down of functions in our Pavilion event center.
3. Will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and repairs as necessary.
4. Reports any technical or engineering problems to the Supervisor or Manager.
5. Will perform all duties using safe work procedures and follow all safety rules and regulations of Enterprise.
6. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately.
7. Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaming license. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Training certificate in at least one of the trades preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in the trades field preferred. Ability to work independently.
Physical: Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, carrying, and lifting to 50 pounds regularly, grasping, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination. Normal vision (or corrected to normal), including color acuity and depth perception and hearing. Must be able to perform safely and effectively in outdoor conditions.
Salary : $21 - $28
