**Work Schedule**: 5 days/week, 40 – 60 hours/week
**Pay**: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate ride-on and walk-behind commercial mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.
- Assist with mowing, weeding, and maintaining landscaping.
- Support in maintaining lawn care equipment.
- Be a liaison between property needs, crew, and the manager to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional tasks as required.
