Job Summary
This position will be responsible for delivering physical therapy services in home health and acute inpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, technical skills, and confidence in treating patients in a rural setting with a strong emphasis on orthopedic conditions.
Full-time and PRN/relief positions available.
Wage range: $35.98-$53.96
Responsibilities include:
• Provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to restore function, prevent disability, and promote wellness
• Be part of a comprehensive care team to deliver exceptional care
• Be a part of a patient-centered multidisciplinary team that prides itself in treating patients through the continuum of care
• Excellent communications skills and work well independently
• Willing to share evidence-based techniques with our team and be motivated to develop programs that will serve the needs of our organization and community

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Current licensure or eligible for licensure in the State of South Dakota is required.
Valid driver’s license required.
