Full time (.8) position available along with PRN positions.
Wage Range is $30.50-$45.00/hour
Job Summary
This position will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams under the direction of the Director of Radiology and the technical direction of the radiologist.
Other responsibilities include:
- Produce two or three-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by Physicians in the diagnosis of disease and study of malfunction of organs
- Key test data and patient information into the computer of ultrasound equipment to maintain a record of test results
- Operate the department computer system for scheduling and billing procedures
- Operate PACS system to ensure all images are verified and sent
- Share call responsibilities in Ultrasound
- Maintain supply inventory
- Report equipment malfunction to the Radiology Director, and reports safety concerns to appropriate personnel

Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent from AMA-approved ultrasound technology school.
Holds or is eligible for certification by the ARDMS or RDCS.
