Collaborating directly with the founder/President, you'll free him up to focus on business development, systems, and vision for our people and customers. Your responsibilities will include establishing a well-defined organizational structure, equipping new hires to excel in their roles, and maintaining consistently high safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need 8 years of recent heavy civil and industrial construction experience. You should be proficient in construction financials and accounting, including WIP. You should also have experience with design-build, negotiated, alternative project delivery, and time & material work. Additionally, you should be able to train and mentor teams to achieve excellence and embody humility and respect in your work.
