What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant / Insurance Analyst position at Prairie Management & Development, Inc.?
Responsibilities: As an Executive Assistant / Insurance Analyst, this individual will provide administrative and operational support first to the Owners, but also to the office as needed. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with superb communication skills. S/he should thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist Owners with all written communication
- Meticulous maintenance of electronic and paper filing systems
- Process expenses, invoices and reconciliations
- General administrative duties such as monitoring phones, email and mail
- Participating in the purchase of insurance programs
- Management of claims and loss control activities
- Management of relationships with third party service providers including brokers, insurers and other TPAs
- Preparing loss analysis and budgets, identifying exposures, and recommending solutions
- Updating and monitoring compliance with insurance procedures or regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Legal, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management
- 5-7 years of upper-level management administrative experience
- Background in multi-family housing development and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-literate
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, statistics, and mathematics
- Must uphold the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and organizational ethics
- Superior organization, project management, and attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills
Applicable Physical Capabilities: General mobility in office areas is required, along with the ability to operate data processing/office equipment.
Salary : $67,000 - $82,000
