Starting pay: $15-$17, plus eligible for traditional benefits after 1 month
Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant
Looking for self-motivated, positive, energetic person with strong work ethic and great time management to join our team! Our purpose is to help as many people as possible regain and maintain their health by treating the true causes of disease and not merely the symptoms. Must take pride in caring for patients and being on time, on task, positive, professional and productive.
Phlebotomy Duties include:
- Prepping & performing phlebotomy on children up to elderly patients
- Preparing samples for currier pickup
- Maintain appropriate supplies inventory
- Charting blood draws
*Must be trained phlebotomist, we do not provide training.
Medical Assistant Duties include:
- Naturopathic Doctors’ assistant (will train)
- Prepare patients for examination by performing – manual BP, along with vitals and other tests (will train)
- Explaining treatment procedures, therapeutics, and other instructions from the doctor (will train)
- Administering physiotherapy treatments such as: diathermy, galvanic and hydrotherapy, colonics (will train)
- Maintaining medical records (will train)
- Preparing the room and procedures for the doctor (will train)
- Various clerical tasks as assigned
