Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring a safe and pest-free environment for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of pest management techniques and excellent customer service skills. Job would start between March 15th - April 1st
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and customer interactions.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential new clients and promote additional services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control.
Requirements
- Experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
