Associate Dentist
Our private dental practice is searching for an Associate Dentist to join our exceptional team! If you are looking for a turn-key Associate position with an abundant patient base on day one, this position is for you!
Desired specialty clinical experience:
- Interest and/or proficiency in other areas of practice aside from General Dentistry including but not limited to extractions, implant placement, orthodontics and more
Current areas of practice:
- General Dentistry: esthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorations
- Prosthodontics: removable, fixed
- Oral surgery: extractions
- *Flexibility to progress towards an expanded scope of practice
Technology & op layout:
- Eaglesoft PM software
- Schick sensors
- I/O cameras
- Kavo electric handpieces
- 7 op layout
- *Willing to invest in additional technology to fit the candidate’s ideal scope of practice
Patient hours:
- Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Optional Fridays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- *Candidate can design desired scheduled during interview process
Compensation:
- Generous daily guarantee for the first 12 months with added comp formula option of 35% net production
- Future buy-in potential
