- Emergency Repairs:
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinating with specialized contractors for major repairs when necessary.
- Groundskeeping:
- Ensuring outdoor areas are well-maintained, including landscaping, parking lots, and sidewalks.
- Safety Inspections:
- Conducting regular safety inspections to comply with local building codes and safety standards.
- Installing or replacing safety equipment like fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Scheduling and overseeing the work of external vendors and contractors.
- Tenant Relations:

Role Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance of all kinds, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and concerns from residents.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare and turn over apartments for new residents.
- Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a multifamily or residential setting
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and team members
- Availability for on-call emergency repairs outside of regular business hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a trade (e.g., electrical, HVAC) is a plus
