Responsibilities

- Coordinate schedules for activities to ensure maximum participation while managing resources effectively.
- Foster relationships with residents through regular communication to understand their preferences and feedback on activities.
- Collaborate with caregiving staff to integrate therapeutic activities into care plans for residents requiring specialized support.
- Organize special events and celebrations that enhance community spirit and encourage resident engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of participation in activities and assess the effectiveness of programs regularly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all activities and events.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.13 - $18.07 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
