Responsibilities and Expectations
Floor Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for servers, bartenders, and other restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Financial Management: Manage cash handling, inventory control, and other financial aspects of the restaurant to ensure profitability and minimize losses.
Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by resolving complaints, addressing concerns, and implementing processes to improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Experience: 2 years of experience in restaurant service required.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Micros POS system required.
Certifications & Licenses: TIPS certification, ServSafe certification, Key Cash handling Gaming License required.
Other Requirements: Pass a State and Federal background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
