Service Staff

Prairie's Edge Casino Resort is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages and ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is accurate and thorough in their work, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up money bank and verify cash with the Cage/Vault department at the beginning of shift to ensure accuracy and adequate change.
• Be aware of all promotions and menu items.
• Collect money for drinks served.
• Verify customers' age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
• Balance cash receipts.
• LIMIT EXCESSIVE DRINKING BY TAKING STEPS SUCH AS PERSUADING CUSTOMERS TO STOP DRINKING OR ORDERING TAXIS FOR INTOXICATED PATRONS.
• Stock beer, wine, liquor, and supplies like ice, glassware, and straws.
• Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
• Serve snacks or food to seated customers.
• Follow Casino and department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
