Job Description
The School of Public and Allied Health at Prairie View A&M University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Professor of Practice to join our growing Public Health program. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and / or graduate courses in Public Health and contributing to service activities within the school and community. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of public health education and engage with faculty across disciplines in educational initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Teach core courses in Public Health, including Epidemiology, Health Policy, and Global Health.
- Mentor and advise students in their academic and professional development.
- Participate in curriculum and development and program evaluations.
- Serve on committees and contribute to service activities within the university and community.
- Collaborate with faculty across disciplines in educational initiatives.
