Job Description

The Associate Director manages the implementation and management of the program, ensuring alignment with the program's goals and objectives. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and comprehensive support for program participants. The Associate Director will support fostering partnerships with school districts, educational organizations, and other key stakeholders, while also supporting internal team activities and grant activities to ensure the program's success.

This position is funded by a grant or restricted funds. Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant or restricted funding.

This position may pay more than the salary listed above depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure Hawkins grant goals and objectives are met, by adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with university administration, faculty, and school district partners to align Hawkins grant program activities with institutional goals.
• Facilitate professional development sessions and workshops for Hawkins grant scholarship participants, mentors, and instructors.
• Analyze data from the Hawkins grant program to make data-driven decisions regarding to improve and manage the budget to ensure efficient and effective use of all resources.
• Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote the program. Perform other duties as assigned.
