Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Prairie View Healthcare Center seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to established long-term care standards and individualized plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responds to signal lights and assists with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene.
- Serves and collects food trays, feeding residents as needed.
- Transports residents using wheelchairs or wheeled carts, or assists residents in walking.
- Turns and repositions residents, either alone or with assistance.
- Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake/output, and weight, as directed.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
