Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical and emotional needs.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toiletry.
- Serve and collect food trays, and assist residents with feeding as needed.
- Transport residents safely using wheelchairs or carts, or assist them to walk.
- Reposition residents regularly to ensure their comfort and well-being.
- Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake, and weight, as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
