Job Description
The MDS Coordinator is responsible for compiling information, preparing statistical reports, and data from health records for evaluation of quality of care and utilization review. This position also involves conferring with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to ensure accurate medical records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific license
Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
Able to work on-call as needed
