Job Summary
The MDS (Minimum Data Set) Coordinator will be knowledgeable about applicable laws and licensing regulations for healthcare facilities. This role involves compiling information, preparing statistical reports, and personalized assessments to evaluate quality of care and clinical reimbursement. The MDS Coordinator will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and health personnel to ensure accurate medical records.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific license.
- Proficient with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.
- Ability to work on-call as needed.
