Housekeeper

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a luxurious hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in housekeeping management, providing exceptional cleanliness and hospitality to our guests. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel.
- Use industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to clean and sanitize surfaces.
- Restock linens, towels, and other amenities.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the hotel's floors, including carpeted and hard surfaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with other housekeeping staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Perform other duties as required, including assisting with special events and projects.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in hospitality is an asset.
