Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Manage new admissions, conduct medical clearances, and evaluate medical stability. Address any urgent medical concerns with nursing staff.
- Assess and treat clients with medical conditions requiring care and intervention.
- Complete documentation promptly, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, and discharge summaries, in accordance with established standards.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team.
- Attend and engage in mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
- Participate in on-call duty responsibilities as needed.
- Facilitate and support the infection prevention and control program throughout the facility.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures related to infection control in client care.
- Maintain strong communication with other clinical team members, outpatient providers, and family members.
- If required by state law, provide services within a supervisory or collaborative framework, ensuring compliance with Physician Supervision Agreements or Physician Collaboration Agreements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Master’s Degree in nursing from an accredited institution required.
- Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
- Current DEA license.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience working with adolescents and young adults required.
- Experience working with clients in a residential or psychiatric treatment setting strongly preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $131,000
