We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of lawn care and maintenance practices. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' landscapes including lawn care and groundskeeping. The Lawn Technician will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of properties while providing excellent customer service. Willing to train the right candidate!
Duties
- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as fertilizing and aerating to maintain healthy grass.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each property.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
