The RanchHand staff maintains our premier properties including but not limited to Prairiewood Retreat & Preserve, historic Eames Building, and Sunset Cottage.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- General housekeeping including, but not limited to, sweeping, filling bird feeders, watering flowers, blowing/sweeping walkways, resetting outdoor furniture, grounds care, wedding meadow chairs, and other tasks as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
- Communicate all concerns in need of repair, replacement, or damages to the supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge & Job Qualifications
- Desire to take initiative and pride in daily work
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, as this job requires chair/table set up responsibilities
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our various locations
- Ability to multitask
- Capable of using independent judgment to guide proper decision making
Hours & Compensation
- Hours and shifts will vary - Very flexible position!
- We have full-time and part-time positions available.
