Sr. Product Owner, GetPaid
Location: Hybrid- Miami, FL, Local Required
Type of placement: contract to hire
Duration of contract : 3 month to hire

- GetPaid Knowledge is a must; Getpaid is a web-based platform that helps businesses to manage their order to cash cycle.
- Looking for someone who has experience working with finance or financial platforms
- Configuration engage the get paid team
- Administrators are the 2 Collections managers
- Going through the project
- Winding down a billing app invoices to get paid
- Invoices historical info contractors - responsible mapping docs
- In each app, oracle, zorro, letters, how to address collection types, working within multiple systems
- System improvements
- Functional role vs technical role
- Platforms outside of getpaid - each different billing data source cash experience
- Aptitude order to cash business process
- Net suite, oracle fusion, get paid
- Anything outside - get data from oracle
- Just kicking off global design 19 months to 2 years
- Going at the same time Netsuite, nothing in oracle
- Sequel - any queries doesn’t anticipate that
- Specific time zone - can work west coast - do have some flexibility, at 9am, post noon
- Lori needs to be able to call 9-10 am EST
- They do have associates across the globe

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting data analysis, product mapping to assess data requirements for software utilization.
- Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.
- Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
- Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.
- Training internal customers on new systems and procedures.
- Leading and executing project activities regarding functional and technical requirements and designs, testing, training, and support.
- Assisting with project planning and requirement gathering and specifications.
- Coordinating work tasks with cross-functional team leaders to develop solutions with other team members.
- Executing and delivering project tasks within time and budget constraints
- Understanding client needs and developing and maintaining excellent customer relations.
- Assigning tasks to other consultants and supervising work when necessary
- Store all Project deliverables (signoffs, documentation, workbooks, customer status reports, tech info/VPN, issues list, major decisions, etc.) on SharePoint.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
- GetPaid Administrative and Technical Implementation Experience, specifically regarding setting up interfaces and/or integrations to ERPs.
- Experience in aging, campaigns, cash application, etc.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- End-to-End O2C Process: Must have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing the entire Order-to-Cash cycle.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies within the OC2 process and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Collections Management: Strong background in managing collections processes, including outstanding receivables, dispute resolution, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding
- Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation and documentation skills.
- Proven experience supporting and leading enterprise business application management and development.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong technical skills and business acumen - Proven ability to execute on the spectrum of technical challenges.
- Able to solve complex problems and offer new perspectives on existing solutions.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in requirements and process flow documentation.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelors degree preferred; relevant field/technical experience accepted.
- Recommended Salesforce Certifications: Administrator
- Customer references - line of business or IT leaders who can recommend your work from previous experience as your customer.
Years of Experience
- Equivalent of 2 years of product management or similar experience in software and business application development.
