- Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred, but commensurate relevant experience will also be considered
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office: i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word
- Strong graphics and digital marketing skills
- Ability to multitask in meeting multiple and competing deadlines
- Ability to take direction well and work as a part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all levels of internal and external team members
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to problem solve as needed
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times, including when representing PRA at off site events and conferences.
