Desired Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Minimum associates degree in Architecture. Bachelors or masters degree preferred
- One or more years’ experience as Project Specialist I or equivalent Architectural design/drafting experience
- Demonstrate success and knowledge growth in the position of Project Specialist I
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM process
- Cursory understanding of Request for Proposal (RFP) process
- Cursory understanding of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems
- Ability to understand construction documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence that are professional, concise and appropriate to the audience
- Ability to Travel between the Office and Client/Job Sites. Valid Driver’s License and access to an insured vehicle during business hours
- Ability to present information to and answer questions from the internal project team and external clients, consultants, and contractors
- Willingness to work in a team environment to achieve desired results
- Ability to prioritize time and tasks to meet project deadlines
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset

Work Environment:
Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required. Work may be required outside of standard business hours as project needs may require meeting attendance or work be performed in evenings or weekends.
