General Purpose of Position:
Helping bridge the gap between business needs and technology needs by working closely with users and the Information Technology Resources team.

Responsible for working directly with internal business partners to support the development and implementation of business systems. |

Ability to quickly understand the business environment and requirements, both at macro and micro-levels. |

Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills. |

Strong ethic of personal accountability with proven ownership and follow-through on project issues/completion. |
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and responsible
- Capable of working under pressure
- Proficient with MS-Office applications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or Computer Science
- 5-10 years’ experience in business process systems analysis, design, and development
- 4 years of JD Edwards preferred
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred, experience with DSI a plus
- Experience with developing or refining business processes
- Experience with reporting tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI
- Experience with database management systems, MS-SQL preferred
- Pharma industry or product inventory management and distribution experience desired
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time
- Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
- Required to sit, talk, see and hear. Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate computer
- Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment
- The work environment is indoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet
