As Related to Customer Service :
Ensure Customer Experience Team properly executes tasks Uphold an environment that is passionate about providing customer service Build customer loyalty by ensuring that Team Players maintain the high standards of customer centric care and adhere to culture programs As Related to Team Players :
Responsible for upholding Prasek's company policies and procedures Some accounting responsibilities with regards to registers & checkup office Delegate work to the appropriate Team Player based on the individual's ability to accomplish the task while in the manager in charge role Assist with Team Player's breaks and lunches as needed Nurture teamwork among Team Players ensuring a focus toward common goals Work closely with managers to ensure daily tasks are being completed throughout the store Requirements
Education, Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma, GED, or currently be enrolled in High School Cashier experience desired To provide superior customer service, have a general knowledge of all products and menus Thorough knowledge of or ability to learn the POS system's functions and operations Physical and Other Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds Must be able to walk, bend, squat, reach overhead and side-to-side, and stand for an extended period of time As dictated by business and need, may be asked to work extended hours and varying work schedule
