Customer Service Lead Mission
The Customer Service Lead's mission is to assist the Customer Service Manager. They are responsible for overseeing cashier operations in the retail environment, including supervising and teaching other cashiers, managing the checkout area, ensuring accurate transactions, resolving customer issues, and maintaining cash control.

Requirements:
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled in High School
- Cashier experience desired
- To provide superior customer service, have a general knowledge of all products and menus
- Thorough knowledge of or ability to learn the POS system's functions and operations
Physical and Other Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk, bend, squat, reach overhead and side-to-side, and stand for an extended period of time
- As dictated by business and need, may be asked to work extended hours and varying work schedule
