Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting the logistics of our operations. This position requires a strong understanding of inventory management processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Manage the procurement process, including ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Assist in the repair and maintenance of equipment as required, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to inventory availability and product specifications.
• Utilize forklift equipment safely for loading and unloading materials as necessary.
• Support supply chain operations by tracking inventory movement and reporting discrepancies.
• Work closely with OEM suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics and processes.
• Experience with equipment repair is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with team members and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes is beneficial for understanding product applications.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
