As a full-time TEC employee, you will have the opportunity to grow within the business if so desired. Your compensation is never commission-based, so you are always paid for your time, whether training clients or not.

Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and Guide: Inspire and support clients on their fitness journeys, helping them build strength and improve their overall health.
- Personalize Plans: Use our state-of-the-art technology to create and adjust exercise plans tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
- Track Progress: Monitor clients’ progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Educate and Empower: Provide clients with knowledge about the benefits of regular exercise and how it enhances their quality of life.
- Lead Follow-up & Facilitate Consultations: Work with prospects for initial consultations, educating them about the program and follow up post consultations.

- Pay Range: $17-$20 per hour, based on experience.
- Hours: Flexibility is required with shifts available from 6 am-8 pm (2nd Half Preferred), Monday through Friday, and rotating Saturdays from 6 am-2pm.
- Locations: We are hiring for our Cumming, GA location.
- No Fitness Background Required: Comprehensive training is provided to help you become a successful Exercise Coach. Fitness experience is a plus but not required.
