POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you
will be responsible for reviewing legal documents and ensuring that they are compliant with
relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with the General Counsel and other attorneys
and legal professionals to ensure that legal documents are accurate, complete, and timely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct document reviews for legal compliance and compliance with company policies
- Analyze and interpret legal documents for potential risks and issues
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of legal documents
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to address legal issues
- Collaborate with business representatives and outside vendors/suppliers to negotiate business
and risk issues
- Provide guidance and recommendations on legal and business matters
- Manage large volumes of data and documents
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to state bar association in good standing
- At least 4 years of legal experience in document review or similar legal role
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
