Salary Range : $55k-$60k DOE
Incentive Pay : Monthly and quarterly
FLSA : Non Exempt, eligible for OT
Hours : Full Time (40 hours)

Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Rockstar : Be the first point of contact for potential employees, guiding them through the recruitment journey from the first hello to the official Welcome aboard!
- Employee Engagement Guru : Help create a positive, vibrant culture by planning events, workshops, and activities that make our workplace fun and inclusive.
- Policy Prodigy : Keep the company on track with employee policies, ensuring that everyone feels safe, respected, and knows where to turn for guidance.
- Benefits Champion : Explain the ins and outs of our benefits package to employees and assist with any questions or enrollments. Help our team get the most out of their benefits.
- Onboarding Extraordinaire : Lead new hires through an unforgettable, smooth, and welcoming onboarding experience that gets them excited to be part of our team.
- Employee Relations Ally : Provide support and a listening ear to employees, helping to foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Handle general employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Training & Development : Assist with scheduling and organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Record Keeping : Maintain and update employee files, ensuring that all information is accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
- HR Projects : Assist in various HR projects
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
