Job Title : Load Former 1st Shift
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM
Occasionally Saturdays and Overtime
Pay :
Starting at $19.84 / hour
Key Requirements :
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with loud noise levels
Primary Responsibilities :
Assist machine operators in setting up and running corrugated box production equipment
Stack finished boxes according to specifications
Monitor product quality and report issues
Complete accurate production reports
Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in the corrugated industry
6 months experience as a Bundler
