FULL TIME Position: Machine Helpers and Assistance
$19.80 and up based on position and shift differential.
Shift Information:
1st Shift: 7AM – 3PM 2nd Shift: 3 PM – 11PM 3rd Shift: 11PM – 7 AM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor quality
- Following directions under limited supervision;
- Ability to learn manufacturing principles and practices;
- Candidates must also have experience and/or willingness/ability to operate and/or learn a variety of machinery equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to speak and write in English
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good work history
- STRONG Mathematical Skills – MUST Perform basic mathematical calculations and read a tape measure;
- Candidates must be willing to work any shift. Flexibility is required regarding changing of position, shift, overtime, etc.
- Lifting and loading materials;
- Complying with safety and operational guidelines, policies, and procedures;
- Basic PC skills;
- Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy. Able to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate. Able to apply concepts of high school math.
REASONING ABILITY - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form. Ability to deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee may occasionally be required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
